A Liquid Diet

I adore banana milkshakes. I’d have them for breakfast, lunch and dinner if I could. And since the classic banana milkshake is such a success I rarely deviate from the concept. Today, however, after my friend going on and on about how amazing a banana and peanut butter milkshake he had in wannaburger was I decided to try recreate it. Although I’m completely sold on plain banana, it was a really nice change. I think I’m going to try it next replacing the teaspoon of peanut butter with nutella. Yum!

Banana and Peanut Butter Milkshake Recipe (makes a large milkshake for one or two small ones)

  1. Put one banana, a teaspoon of smooth peanut butter, and a tablespoon of vanilla ice-cream, and about 400ml of milk in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, and there you have it!
