Cats and Dogs

We have had the most appalling weather here lately. Today has to be the worst though. It is bucketing down with a really strong wind which results in making the rain fall horizontal. Which means if you venture out you get utterly soaked through. So for that reason, I’m playing it very safe today and working from home. As all you crafty type will know, this is not as easy as it sounds. Trying to work when you are surrounded by all your current crafts and future ones too is torture. Here’s hoping I have the will power to stay away.

But, as a direct result from me trying to work hard, I don’t have very much new to show you. So I though I would let you have a glimpse of a top secret project I’m working on. A new pattern I have devised, and in the process of whipping up. I just love it! When it is finished it will be one of a pair of gloves and utterly irresistible. And don’t you fret, the pattern will be available once it’s up to scratch. Oo, I can’t wait. Now my objective today is to work really hard so I finish early enough to knit some more. I’d better get cracking.
